Project coordinator at D.M. Partnership

The Project Coordinator serves as a member of the Greater Des Moines Partnership Communications & Marketing team. He/she acts as the Communications & Marketing team project coordinator, working closely with all pillars, initiatives, campaigns and events in order to ensure tasks are captured using project management software, and assigned and connect to marketing and public relations strategies and goals with measurable outcomes. He/she is extremely detail-oriented and organized with the ability to independently recognize ways to streamline processes and ensure all projects and tasks are being executed with efficiency, while remaining highly effective. He/she will interact with the entire Partnership team (internal clients) while monitoring the activation and deployment of tasks and ensure all required parties have proofed the product before it is official/final. He/she also assists with any projects as necessary.
