The Natural Resources Conservation Service in Iowa, in a project partnership with Drake University, seeks a Graphic Design Intern. This part-time position would be up to 20 hours a week, with limited travel, and work responsibility is estimated at:
70% graphic design
20% minor copy writing
Position requires knowledge of and experience working with InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Duties will include revising existing designs to reflect new partnerships as well as creating new designs to promote soil health, conservation planning and other NRCS programs and services.
Products would include: fact sheets, brochures, displays, info-graphics, presentations and basic photography.
Position requires a current driver’s license. Paid position at $15/hour.
