A strong writing background is a must, along with a fluency in both television news and Web based information sharing. A college degree in Journalism or related field supports the expectation of solid news judgment, writing skills and knowledge of AP style. Knowledge of iNews, the WorldNow Content Management system and common software applications including MS Word, Excel and MS Outlook is preferred.
